Shipping via FedEx or USPS

Wave Monkey offers home & ground shipping, 2-day air and overnight express through FedEx and USPS. Shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart using the delivery address zip code, the weight and size. You may view all shipping options during checkout and select which option you prefer.

Drop-Ship Policy
Some items are drop-shipped to you directly from our vendor partners. When ordering these items the transit and fulfillment time may vary, as these products ship at different times from different locations. Each item has estimated shipping times on the product page.

Signature Waiver
Some items will ship with a signature release waiver, allowing the delivery person to leave the package at your front door and some will ship with a direct signature required. By placing an order you agree to the signature release on all packages we send to you unless a direct signature is required.

Out of Stock Items
Our items sell quickly on a daily basis and may be out of stock at the time you place your order. You will be notified within 1 day of placing your order if the item is out of stock or on back-order.

Damages During Shipping
While it is unlikely that your items will be damaged during shipping, it can happen from time to time. Wave Monkey does everything possible to ensure the safe delivery of items purchased from us.
However, in the unlikely instance of damage occurring during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipper and Wave Monkey immediately. If you notice any visual damage to a box when you receive it, we recommend inspecting the contents immediately to ensure they have arrived undamaged and that no items are missing. You should ask the driver to document that the box arrived damaged. Often the shipper will want to inspect the box and packaging materials, so be sure to retain everything until instructed otherwise by the shipper.
